CCT is an event-based management tool (including ADT events). This customizable power tool allows you to create care plans and program types that are specific to your care team needs. Within, you will find overview videos and step-by-step instructions to help guide you through the process of managing your tools. 

 

CCT is used for everyday workflows in managing patient documentation.
